Block 5 - The Maa Hilary Buiding - completed.

The Project 3580 team have just returned from their most recent trip to Sierra Leone over the Easter holidays. A team from Penrice Academy, Stratford School and Great Barr School joined me for 8 days. The last 18 months has seen the construction of a new block of 3 classrooms, allowing the SDA Primary School in Kissitown to house the 1100+ students. Coupled to this we have been able to provide 3.5 tonnes of much needed rice to stave off the constant threat of malnourishment due to the soaring food prices - a legacy of the ebola epidemic. The new school building can be seen below
